The Writer's Corner is a place to learn about history and share a piece of history. All the stories on these pages were submitted by LLCGS members. The
Homestead Stories page holds a collection of adventurous tales about Nebraska pioneers. The
Histories/Maps page holds history on Nebraska's settlers and pioneers, civil war, and other captivating tales. This page also includes a variety of maps including a county cemetery map that is clickable! And the
Writer's Group is where you can find creative diversity in personal family history stories written by writers in the
Time Travelers group (an LLCGS special interest group) and other members. Stories are always being added to this page so visit it often!
LLCGS welcomes your Nebraska family history stories. If you are interested in submitting a story for publication on our website, please contact
contact@LLCGS.info. We require submissions be in Word format. Pictures are welcome and should be sent as an attachment. NO thumbnail photos or low-resolution images will be added. Stories may be edited for clarity or in some instances, length. The story will be formatted to be consistent in appearance with other stories already posted.
